Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

To be eligible for a return, items must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Products that show signs of use, broken seals, stains, or damaged packaging will not be accepted. Personalized or customized items are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact our customer service team before sending any items back. You can reach us at petshop.woofpet@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photo or video of the product (if defective or damaged)
  • Full delivery address and contact number

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if the return is approved. Please note that only items purchased directly through woofpet.shop will be accepted. For products purchased through third-party retailers, please contact them directly.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a customer decision (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part — such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item — Woof Pet will cover all return shipping costs.

All returns must be shipped via insured, traceable mail in a secure package.

Processing Time

Returns are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been completed.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be posted to your account within 7–10 business days of processing. If you have not yet seen the credit, we recommend contacting your bank or card issuer directly, as posting times may vary.

  • For defective or incorrect items: a full refund will be issued.
  • For non-defective returns: the refund will reflect the original purchase price, excluding shipping and handling fees.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at petshop.woofpet@gmail.com with your order number and the requested change. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
